SBS News visited Stella Maris School to highlight their work supporting two newly arrived Ukrainian students.
Students and staff have done an outstanding job welcoming the students, and helping them adjust to their new country and their new school.
Principal at Stella Maris School, Yvan Frederic, said the school was focused on giving the students ‘some joy and some opportunities for the girls to feel included in the school community despite the turmoil they and their families are going through’.
